江蘇國興通風設備有限公司創建于1993年10月，注冊資本2000萬元，占地面積100余畝，建筑面積3萬多m²，員工100多人，其中各類專業技術人員20多人。公司現有子公司遠虹工程安裝分公司、江蘇佳昊鐵路器材有限公司、山東榮成興海船舶設備有限公司、廣州芬德船舶設備有限公司等多家企業。近年來，公司被評為泰州市“十佳私營企業”、“文明單位”，“江蘇省重合同守信用企業”、 “江蘇省民營科技企業”、江蘇省“AAA級資信企業”，全國“守合同重信用企業”等稱號。

公司主要生產各類型風管及附件、布風器、風口、防火閥、百葉窗、通風筒、預絕熱保溫管等船舶配套產品；通過了ISO9001:2015、GJB9001C-2017質量管理體系認證，擁有1項發明專利、2項軟件著作權、10項實用新型專利。現有產品3大系列450多個品種，通過了CCS、ABS、DNV、EC、BV、LR、GL、NK、RINA等各國船級社認證和防爆認證，產品遠銷新加坡、越南等國家和國內20多個省市和地區，并獲得軍方認證，在軍事艦船建造領域得到廣泛應用。

Jiangsu Guoxing Ventilation Equipment co., Ltd., built on Oct. 1993，has many subsidiaries: Yuan Hong Engineering Installation Company, Shandong Rongcheng Xinghai Ship Equipment co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Guoxing Lide Railway Equipment co., Ltd. and lots more. The registered capital of the company has reached 20 million Yuan，There are all together 500 employees, 60 of whom have all kinds of professional and technical titles and 20 of whom have got senior engineers titles. Having the self-support imports and exports rights, the company has passed the ISO9001:2008 quality system certification. In recent years, the company has reworded all kinds of honorary titles, such as “Private science and technology enterprises” of Taixing, “Top ten private enterprises” “Civilization Unit” of Taizhou City, “The AAA level of Contract and Accredit Honoring Unit” “AAA grade credit enterprise” of Jiangsu Province, “the Contract and Promise Compliance Unit” of China and so on.

The main products of the company are ventilation pipe series such as spiral duct, rectangular duct, foil-insulant composite duct and so on, duct fittings such as fire damper, volume damper and so on，ship's outfit series such as water tight cover, hatch cover, ventilating cap and so on. All these products are widely used in ventilation systems for shipping and building. Especially the self-developed production --- the spiral duct with a diameter of Ф2000mm—Ф2500mm fills in the national blank, and is now widely used in ventilation system engineering for large scale buildings such as Xi’an Xian Yang airport, the Olympic Sport Center of Nan Jing, the Sport Center of Hefei and so on. The insulated pipe we developed has won the national patent certificate and is widely used in shipping, oil delivery, chemical industry, building and other fields. There are now all together 3 series of more than 450 varieties. All these products which approved by CCS、ABS、DNV、EC、BV、LR、GL、NK、RINA.The products find a good sell in German, Japan, Singapore, Vietnam and more than 20 provinces in China. And obtain the military certification, in the field of military ships to build a wide range of applications.
